Just did some keyword checking for my site as a result of this thread
and have found myself 5th for "web design wales" (sans quotes) and 3rd
with quotes on Google without really trying. I'm off...

I have not done this myself but I think you have to get the Formfields .type
first then interrogate the .type for the data:
E.g.
